At 20 years old you should be out partying until 4 am and still be able to get up for your 8 am class but oversleeping is a tough habit to break. Just like any other habit or addiction you will go through withdrawal symptoms that make you want to stop. But if you ignore them and push forward you will eventually get your life back.

I&#039;m glad the article helped you. Just take it one day at a time, one week at a time, one month at a time and eventually you will find that getting up early has become a habit. You will also find you have more energy to get through the day.

It&#039;s awesome that you have a blog. I&#039;m going to visit right now. Keep me updated on your progress.

I currently feel like I&#039;m sleeping my life away, which is very sad for a 20 year old. As a student, when my term ended and my BF left for Colombia for holiday, I vowed I&#039;d get my routine on track, getting up early, making the most of my time, eating healthy and excercising. 1 week in, and I&#039;ve gotten up at 11-12 a.m every day and done little but go to town to eat lunch and come back. 

Your post is really encouraging and practical. to be honest I haven&#039;t even tried yet, which is preventative self-sabotage. I intend to start, not tomorrow, but right now.
